What is Powercode?
Powercode is a fully featured billing and provisioning system for ISPs. Powercode is designed to simplify your customer management, service deployment and billing, leaving you free to deploy your network and grow your business.Powercode is designed to be scalable. Powercode can serve anyone from a small wireless ISP with fifty customers up to a large ISP with tens of thousands of customers.
How is Powercode different?
We provide everything you need. We supply you with our own hardware - prebuilt, optimized and cost effective. We provide regular feature updates to these devices that enable you to easily deploy our bandwidth management units in simple and complex networks. Unlike some other solutions that require you to purchase expensive routers from third party vendors, we save you money by providing you with the specific hardware you need at a much lower price.We provide remotely hosted billing servers for a quick, cost effective deployment. We can also provide you with a prebuilt billing server you can locally host at your facility.

How does Powercode work?
Powercode provides two major services.- Billing and customer management
- Services management
The Powercode BMU seamlessly integrates with the Powercode billing server to provide the contracted services to the customer in real time. Here's an example of how easy it is to deploy a new customer using Powercode.
A customer calls in looking for service. You take the call and sell them your Internet service.
A few clicks and you have created a customer account containing all their personal and billing information. The customer is now set to be automatically or manually billed on a monthly basis with any recurring or one time charges needed. During the customer setup process, you can also quickly schedule an on site installation in your installation calendar. A new email account for the customer is also automatically created on your email server.
The next day your installer is on site. With a couple of clicks in Powercode, you can add the customer premise equipment to Powercode, assign an IP address to it and provision them for the appropriate speeds. The BMU immediately picks up this provisioning information from the Powercode billing server and authorizes the equipment to access the network, rate limiting it down to the appropriate speeds.
A few months later, the customer forgets to pay their bill and becomes delinquent. The Powercode BMU is instantly informed that the customer is no longer authorized to receive service and redirects them to a payment page. The customer can now remit payment automatically and be reactivated without ever having to call your helpdesk.
